TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using DOMAINator ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

DOMAINator is an automated Active Directory penetration testing platform. It provides security scanning, vulnerability assessment, and attack chain simulation against authorized target environments.

3. AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT

CRITICAL: You MUST have explicit written authorization from the owner of any network, domain, or system you scan using DOMAINator. Unauthorized access to computer systems is a criminal offense under the Israeli Computers Law 5755-1995 (carrying up to 3-5 years imprisonment) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

By initiating any scan, you warrant and represent that:

• You own the target environment, OR you have written authorization from the owner.
• Your authorization covers the scope of testing DOMAINator will perform.
• You accept full legal responsibility for any scan you initiate.

DOMAINator is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the platform.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to:

• Scan any system without proper authorization.
• Use the platform against critical infrastructure, government systems, or any target you do not own or have permission to test.
• Attempt to circumvent platform security controls or rate limits.
• Share your account credentials or serial keys with unauthorized parties.
• Use scan results for malicious purposes including extortion, blackmail, or unauthorized data exfiltration.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Plans are billed monthly. Scan credits reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over. Pricing is displayed on the platform and may be updated with 30 days notice.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law:

• You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have NOT initiated any scans.
• Once you initiate your first scan, the service is considered delivered and the cooling-off period is waived.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. DATA OWNERSHIP

Scan results belong to you. DOMAINator retains platform usage data and aggregated analytics. VPN configurations are stored encrypted and deleted when you remove them. Scan data is retained per your plan's report access duration.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DOMAINator is provided "as is." We are not liable for: scan results accuracy, network disruptions caused by scans, unauthorized use by third parties with access to your account, or any indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold DOMAINator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including unauthorized scanning or violation of these terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
